I would like to apologize for making quite a few mistakes during the lesson just now. Was really lethargic (I know most of you were tired too), admit that I couldnt fully focus...:S
I've tried my best too...:) I know many of you were! thanks for giving me the attention!!:D

Regarding the action of activator proteins-->when it binds to enhancer--> cause the DNA to bend (by DNA bending proteins), recruit the mediator proteins to STABILIZE the Transcription Initiation Complex. After the initiation, the bent DNA would revert back, only RNA polymerase would continue with the elongation of RNA strand. Therefore, many RNA polymerases could transcribe a gene at the same time.

Hi S05! this is a big thank you to those of you who went down yesterday to RDA for the class cip. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves helping out and I know the horses are an incentive but please keep in mind that the organisation desperately needs our help in ensuring that their activities can run smoothly. To those who went down yesterday, I am really proud of you all as each of you have displayed enthusiasm and maturity and I hope that you all can keep this up in the coming weeks when there are more things to be done.

I hope to see more of you going down in the coming weeks to help out and if you do not know the way, you can always ask ahmad, afiqa, rose, joleen, joanne, jon, nicholas, zul, mei yu, jane, wan xiu or me for directions.

National Day Celebration

Dear all...hope you all had a good time of celebration this morning...I saw some of you were totally ignoring the concert...was a bit surprised, thot you all Singaporeans are quite enthuz about celebrating National Day!:D

I am sure you all enjoyed the Malay dance by two of your classmates....wow...they were indeed spectacular!!! very impressive gentle & graceful movementssss....:) Am sure the class agreed, right?

After meet the parents day

Dear all...

I had great time with your parents on Saturday, discussing about you and how can we better help you to acheive the 'prize' you've set before you!I tried not to mention any negative impressions (which are not necessary) about you to your parents and in fact I talked a lot about your good behaviours and positive attitudes towards learning because I believe that each of you want to be good and have the desire to do well....:) Hope nobody proves me wrong...

I was glad that some of you are catching up and coming for extra extra remedials, you've started asking more questions (although not during lessons, hehe...), majority of you have attempted tutorial questions (TYS) ...bravo!!Hope you'll continue your effort and reap the harvest after the end of the year PROMO exams!

One thing which I am a bit concerned is about your health. I think these few weeks are crucial for you to stay in the pink of health so that you are able to attend all lessons, pracs, tests, SPA! I know sometimes it's not of your choice to be ill and not attending school, however, I do believe that if you are living a balance lifestyle, you'll be healthy both physically & emotionally!:) So, do strive to live a balance and healthy life!
